Supporters of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) based in Ghana and the United Kingdom have extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia following his decisive victory in the party’s presidential primaries held on January 31, 2026.
In a message signed by Richard Agyare and Mercy Dambo, the supporters described Dr. Bawumia’s triumph as a source of “immense pride” and pledged their unwavering commitment to his leadership.

They also offered prayers for Dr. Bawumia’s guidance and protection as he undertakes the responsibilities of the NPP flagbearer, emphasizing their readiness to contribute to the journey ahead with dedication and resolve.
