Richard Agyare, the Deputy Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) East London Chapter in the United Kingdom, has lauded members of the party in the Offinso South Constituency for their commitment and unity following the recent victory of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
In a statement issued to party faithful, Mr. Agyare expressed profound appreciation to constituency executives and grassroots members for their efforts, which he said were critical to the success recorded on January 31, 2028.
“I wish to extend my sincerest gratitude to each and every member for the unwavering support and dedication demonstrated during the recent events. Your collective effort and resolute commitment played an instrumental role in securing the victory of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia,” he stated.
According to Mr. Agyare, the discipline, hard work, and unity displayed by party members in Offinso South have not only strengthened the NPP but also positioned the constituency as a stronghold ahead of the 2028 general elections.
“It is through your hard work, determination, and unity that this significant milestone has been achieved. Your contributions have uplifted our party and laid a strong foundation for a prosperous future for Ghana, particularly the Offinso South Constituency,” he added.
The Deputy Secretary further urged party supporters to sustain the momentum as preparations begin for the December 2028 elections, emphasizing the need for even greater commitment.
“As we savour this success, I encourage all members to maintain the momentum and enthusiasm as we prepare for the December 2028 elections. It is imperative that we replicate and surpass the efforts shown earlier this year to ensure the NPP secures governmental authority,” Mr. Agyare noted.
He stressed that an NPP victory would make it possible to implement policies aimed at economic growth, development, and improved living standards for Ghanaians.
