The Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod) has issued a compliance notice to several gold service providers, calling on their directors and owners to report to the Board’s head office in Accra for a routine financial and operational compliance exercise.
According to the notice (Compliance Notice No. GOLDBOD/2026/02) issued by the Board’s Compliance Directorate, the exercise is being carried out under Section 43 of the Ghana Gold Board Act, 2025 (Act 1140). The initiative is aimed at ensuring that companies in the gold trading sector adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The following companies have been requested to report to the GoldBod Head Office at Diamond House, Kinbu Road, Accra Central, on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM:

S-Seven Hills Enterprise
Passion Gold Limited
IBF Mineral Resource Limited
Maabisco Multipurpose Enterprise
Gastonesin Enterprise
