The NPP UK Branch Youth Organizer, Ike Price Asante has called on the NPP members to be measured and decorum in their quest to campaign for their favourite candidate.
According to him, all the five candidates who are vying for the position qualify to be the flag bearer for the party.
Price Asante noted, that the party needs a unified front party ahead of election 2028, which these candidates will be needed onboard to fight for a common goal.
“The party will need all these candidates to help us win 2028 elections, so please let’s be measured with our sentiment not to insult anyone, let’s project our candidates and desist from insult” he said.
The largest opposition NPP will be going to the polls to elect its Presidential candidate for 2028 on the 31st January, 2026 across all the 275 constituencies in Ghana.
As the campaign heats up and tempers flare, whiles the electioneering campaign has met with a lot of acrimonies amongst the party supporters.
At the Branch General Meeting at Dominion Centre, London, Ike Price Asante appealed to the party faithful to be mindful of some of the words they use which can eventually affect the NPP’s fortunes.
